Overview

What is BPC-157 / TB-500?

A pre-blended vial pairing BPC-157 (pentadecapeptide from gastric juice) with TB-500 (a synthetic Tβ4 fragment). The combination is the most widely-discussed recovery stack — BPC-157 drives local angiogenesis and tendon/gut repair while TB-500 promotes systemic cell migration and tissue remodeling.

Mechanism of Action

BPC-157 upregulates VEGF, FGF and nitric-oxide pathways for localised angiogenesis and fibroblast migration. TB-500 binds G-actin to enable cytoskeletal reorganisation, supporting cell migration, differentiation and tissue remodeling across the whole body.

Key Benefits

  • Dual-mechanism tendon, ligament and muscle repair
  • Systemic plus localised healing in one injection
  • Reduced inflammation and faster training turnaround
  • Convenient single-vial reconstitution
